成品油二次配送是油品供应链的重要组成部分,不同的配送方案将直接影响成品油销售企业 的利润。以配送总路径最短为目标函数,将成品油二次配送过程中实际的油罐车载质量、加油站油品需求量作为约束条件,考虑油品卸载时间窗,建立了成品油二次配送优化模型,提出了基于混合遗传模拟退火算法的求解方法,并分别使用不带时间窗与带时间窗的算例对模型及算法进行检验。结果表明:与优化前的成品油二次配送方案相比,不带时间窗的算例缩短行驶总路程3.66% ;带时间窗的算例求解用时仅9.54 s,其计算速度快,且能够满足配送需求。因而证明了采用基于混合遗传模拟退火算法的成品油二次配送路径优化模型,不仅可以提高计算效率,而且搜索更全面,能够得到更优解。

优化成品油管道沿线泵站开泵方案可以降低管道运行能耗。以包含泵机组并联运行模式及配备变频泵的成品油管道为研究对象,考虑沿线节点压力、过泵流量等约束,基于已有批次输油计划,建立以运行时间内管道全线运行能耗总和最小为目标的混合整数线性规划模型(Mixed Integer Linear Programming,MILP),并利用分支定界算法求解。利用该模型求解了中国某条成品油管道的优化配泵方案,计算耗时213.76 s,所得结果符合约束限制,具有较强的实用性,可为中国成品油管道优化运行提供指导。
