Introduction
M. Shahrom is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Business and Management, UiTM Selangor, Malaysia. She received BIT (Hons) from UUM, Malaysia, MSc IT from UiTM, Malaysia and awarded a PhD Engineering from University of Melbourne, Australia. She is now a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Association for Information Systems (AIS) and Malaysia Board of Technologist.
