This project pretends to study, understand, learn from, and reappraise vernacular architecture collaborating with the local communities of Michoacan, Mexico. With the identification, analysis and and study of the traditional construction techniques and local materials, we pretend to disseminate the results of our research with the local communities in order to raise awareness of the importance of the vernacular materials and techniques.
