Mehmet Emin Mutlu is professor at the Faculty of Open Education of the Anadolu University, Turkey. He has a degree in Mathematical Engineering, M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Ph.D. in Operational Research in the area of Management of e-Learning Production.
