Introduction
Mehdi Shakibaei is Professor at LMU MUNICH, Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Anatomy, Germany. He earned his doctorate from FU-Berlin, did his first postdoctoral at the FU-Berlin, second at the NY University, USA. He has been teaching anatomy/histology/embryology in human medicine for 30 years and conducts research in Musculoskeletal Tissue Engineering and Tumor Biology with emphasis on modulation of inflammation by phytopharmaceuticals.
