We examined whether the effects of social dominance and modern racism are moderated by racial stimulus for perceptions of status, cooperation, and competition. Results indicated that for the White targets, higher levels of social dominance resulted in lower ratings of cooperation, whereas it resulted in higher ratings for the Latino targets.
