I've run Facebook ads for about 8 years. Currently, I am noticing a complex problem on Facebook for which no solution has been found after contacting the Facebook marketing team and the support team. Even the founder of Facebook could not be contacted. Many pages are appearing on Facebook, whose names are Facebook Support, Facebook Help, Facebook Business, etc., but none of them belong to Facebook. They run ads, and if someone clicks on their link, a hacking script is automatically entered into their computer, and the account gets hacked. On the other hand, while working as a freelancer, I have noticed that these types of scammers are also getting jobs in the marketplace. I have informed the Facebook team multiple times but have not received any solution.
I want to talk about a very important thing: that those common Facebook users or entrepreneurs are losing all the information without their knowledge. Even the security software is not able to catch these many attacks, and most internet users cannot afford to buy the software. My question is, then, what is the solution?
Hackers are stealing thousands of dollars by doing these things. Those who can contact a cyber security specialist or Facebook, do they know of any solutions in this matter?
If this kind of scamming continues on such a big platform like Facebook and they don't take any action against it, isn't our society and the common people under threat? Money is not morally damaged.
What can we do now? Which is the real solution? How can ordinary Internet users stay safe?
