We have catalase protein in powder form, 1gm from sigma aldrich (powder, suitable for cell culture, 2,000-5,000 units/mg protein, Catalog: C1345).
We want to make 500unit/ml using 1mg catalase powder....Since there are two limits minimum 2000-maximum 5000....so how shall we calculate?
If I calculate using 2000unit/ml.....working dose is 250ul@500u/ml
and if I calculate using 5000unit/ml.....working dose is 100ul@500unit/ml.
That's why we are confusing! If you have any good suggestion, plz.....! Thanks
