Question
Everyday I receive lots of emails from RG regarding projects which I call fake. These are like groups on any other social media e.g. facebook. Here researchers from different disciplines add their publications, read and recommend one another's articles and comments to articles. The primary objective of such group is none other than to magnify collaborators' RG score. I have observed that researchers are recommending articles which are from completely different/unrelated fields. How one researcher can realize the value of unfamiliar contributions and recommend them. Moreover, I have seen that people are reading and recommending low quality (limited scope/weak methodology etc.) articles and making flattering comments.
I believe that if any article has some merit people will find them through search tools, read, recommend and cite them in their works.
Is it ethical/at least beneficial by adding some value to someone's research profile?
Question

Question
We ran same model about determinants of gender diversity for family and nonfamily firms separately. The constant term for family firm is significant while that for family sample is not so. Can we say that nonfamily firms have significant stable gender diversity component in their boards that is not present in family boards?
Question
As board remuneration is an expense and its impact on the profit of the same year must be negative. Consequently impact of board remuneration (dependent variable) will be negative on return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) as well. Would there be situations where board remuneration will positively affect net income/ROE/ROA of the comntemporaneous year?
