Introduction
My project focus on bioinformatics (NGS, Drug, and Vaccine design) to control metabolic and infectious diseases. I have also performed to identify biomarkers in the cancerous cell through RNAseq and Microarray data analysis. I have already worked in Enzyme production from bacteria for industrial purposes.

Background: About 10-15% of all breast cancers comprise triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), defined as cancer cells that lack ER, PR, and HER2 protein receptors. Due to the absence of these receptors, treating TNBC using conventional chemotherapy is challenging and, therefore, requires the discovery of novel chemotherapeutic agents derived from n...

Question
I have a list of antibiotic resistance gene. Now I am going to generate host (human) and bacteria protein-protein interaction network. Actually I want to collect a list of host-bacteria protein, which host protein is interconnected to bacteria proteins (that I have provided or input).
Please suggest any database like STRING or any resource that I have completed my work.
Thanks in Advance !!!
Question
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use data from GEO in a meta-analysis study. I'm using two datasets from human RNAseq datasets. I found the two web tools 'ImaGEO' and 'ExAtlas' however, the tools provided with such errors,
WARNING: The platform(s) GPL9115, GPL11154 of dataset(s) GSE30573, GSE62098 is/are not permitted.
You have not introduced any correct GEO ID. Please, return to the Input data tab.
The GEO platform is specific which has already had?
Does anyone have any other freeware web tools that could help me?
