Introduction
Hello! I am Md. Amit Hasan. I completed my graduation in Biotechnology from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Currently, I am pursuing my master's in Life Science and Health at Universite Paris-Saclay, France. My current research interest is to understand the behavior of decision-making through studying neural circuits of Drosophila.

Genetic polymorphism of the SLC6A4 gene is associated with several behavioral disorders, including depression. Since studying the total nonsynonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms (nsSNPs) of the SLC6A4 gene at the population level is a difficult task, we aim to utilize in silico approach to detect the most deleterious nsSNPs of the SLC6A4 gene....
Even in a natural ecosystem, plants are continuously threatened by various microbial diseases. To save themselves from these diverse infections, plants build a robust, multilayered immune system through their natural chemical compounds. Among the several crucial bioactive compounds possessed by plantsʹ immune systems, antimicrobial peptides (AMPs)...
Background
Bangladesh is a densely populated country with a substandard healthcare system and a mediocre economic framework. Due to the enormous number of people who have been unaware until now, the development of COVID-19's second-wave infection has become a severe threat. The present investigation aimed to characterize the clinical and socio-demo...
The present study was conducted to identify the two Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae strains attained from the citrus blast infected tissues and also to find out the antimicrobial potentiality of plant extracts and antagonistic bacteria Bacillus spp. both under in vitro and in vivo conditions. Based on the microscopic observation and biochemical f...
Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the major prevalent disease, which is caused by Mycobacterium
tuberculosis and among all the diseases it exists in harmful condition. The long term cough with blood sputum and fever
is the major symptom of tuberculosis. In 2014, 1.5 million TB patients were dead from the 9.6 million active TB
patients. Every second someo...
Botrytis cinerea is a ubiquitous plant pathogenic fungus, causing gray mold disease on many economically important crops, including apple. The present investigation was carried out to characterize a hypovirulent strain AppleBc.07 of B. cinerea collected from an apple orchard located in Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. A comparison with the re...
The species of Trichoderma are one of the most frequently used natural biocontrol agent. This study, we identified isolate HbGT6-07 of Trichoderma asperellum and evaluated the antimicrobial effects both in vitro and in silico approaches. Tested 10% concentrated culture filtrate of HbGT6-07 inhibited 98 % of colony radial growth in B. cinerea (B05.1...

I am quite new to this area. Therefore, I need some recommendations. Thanks!
I informed that, in recent time, without simulation work, publishing a computer based nsSNP work quite difficult.
Need Clarification. Thanks in advance.

We aim to conduct a computational analysis to predict the most pathogenic nsSNPs of the SLC6A4 protein by utilizing various mutation-predicting tools and analyzing the functional domain, conservation, stability and structural alteration. Our study is the first comprehensive in silico investigation which covers the total nsSNPs of SLC6A4 protein. Hence, our findings could benefit the precision medicine field by allowing disease treatment based on these genomic changes.
