Introduction
Trained as an anthropologist, I am completing my PhD in Political and Social Studies, in a partnership programme between the Radboud University (The Netherlands) and the University of Bologna (Italy). My research is about policies and practices around youth in agribusiness in Uganda, where I have conducted extensive ethnographic field research. In Uganda I was based at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), where I was a graduate research fellow.
