Introduction
Maximiliano Bueno-López received the Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master in Electrical Engineering from Technological University of Pereira, Colombia. Ph.D. in Engineering at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He was a Postdoctoral researcher with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology-NTNU at the Department of Engineering Cybernetics. He is currently Associate Professor at Universidad del Cauca, Popayán, Colombia.
