Introduction
I am a scholar specializing in comparative constitutional law. I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Katowice in Silesia, where I lead a Research Project on supermajorities in Constitutional Adjudication. I have combined my research with extensive judicial experience as a Senior Law Clerk in the Mexican Supreme Court and a Constitutional doctrine fellow at the Spanish Constitutional Court. I am the author of four monographs (two in co-authorship).
