Introduction
My research area is about Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Motor Behavior, with emphasis on performance optimization, bio- neurofeedback in sports, bio-psycho-physiological states underpinning performance, and Individual Zone of Optimal functioning. In the framework of the current theories of human movement science, in our group we address questions regarding perception, affect, cognition and action, and how brain and behavior interact and develop, from the prenatal to the elderly ages.
