We are investigating the Innovation potential of public sector employees. With the use of an Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation scale we are aiming investigate inovative eployees. From a psychological point we are further investigating the impact of Self Regulation (Locomotion and Assessment) on the relationship of IEO and individual performance.
