Introduction
Matt's research interest is conflict management with particular interest in interdependent decision making (such as social dilemmas, negotiation, and coordination tasks), competitive decision making (such as auctions), and relationship repair at various levels and contexts of organization. His projects entail facilitating cooperation in social dilemmas and economic / practical significance of organization science and specific domains of interdependent decision making; e.g., social dilemmas.
