Introduction
I defended my PhD Thesis on “the Epistemological Structure of International Law” in 2021. As a deeply philosophical approach towards international law, my thesis was essentially interdisciplinary, involved in different areas of philosophy of law, politics, ethics, and science. The work tried to examine the hermeneutical implications of the application of Thomas Kuhn’s theory to international law and explain its current disputes as simply consequences of a contingent way of thinking about it.
