Question
I was wondering if anybody out there have experience with various software solutions to create and analyse timelines. I am looking for a software that will allow me to create several timelines plotted with specific events (in different categories) and subsequently run analysis between about thirty different timelines to find similarities or patterns in the results.
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Google did not really bring me much further as most stuff out there seems to be designed to create timelines for presentation-purposes only.
At this point I am simply wondering whether I should just ditch the attempt, program my own software or just use Adobe Illustrator to make the timelines and a pencil to make the analysis :-)
