Introduction
I work as an economist at the Institute for Structural Research (IBS) in Warsaw. My research is mainly focused on the role of skills and personality in the labour market, the evaluation of youth employment policies, and the determinants of gender wage gaps. I hold a PhD in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
