Project
Learn to Check is a media education project about disinformation and digital content verification. It was set up in 2020 following the positive response to the media education workshops for young people given by Nereida Carrillo and Marta Montagut at the American Spaces in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia. Hundreds of teenagers took their first steps in digital verification at these workshops. And now the project is growing. Learn to Check extends this educational offering, providing resources for teachers, families, teenagers and other audiences. The idea is to provide knowledge, tools and reflections so as to avoid disinformation.
