I plan to do long range-PCRs for regions of interest with a size of 5-20 kb for subsequent sequencing on MiSeq. I had planned to use Qiagen's LR PCR Kit but after reading Jia et al. paper (2014, Scientific Reports 4:5737) comparing several enzymes I am not sure if that's the best choice. Would be glad to hear about your experience with different kits/enzymes.
