Introduction
Mark Williams currently works as a Career & Technical Educator within a New Orleans Charter Network. His areas of expertise and instruction are Digital Media and Basic Career Readiness. Mark does research in History of Art, Visual Arts, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Communication Design. His current project is 'Educational Design', with on going research into the Design of Educational systems, products, environments, technology and legislation.

Project
Through the use of “Design for Career Success: Web-Based Career Guidance Model For Industrial Designers” as the foundations; It is the researcher/ designers intent to release the theses solving the Wicked problems of The American Education system. This project will also include updates to the original research. The observations, findings, and interviews provided along with the theses shall be taken from the researcher/ designers time ( From 2017- present.) as a certified Career & Technical Educator in the New Orleans highschool environment. Including case studies and observations from the perspective of an industry partner to educational nonprofits, educational systems, and an apprenticeship for recent highschool graduates trained and connected to other industry leaders to training and experience in the Digital media and creative arts career environments.
