Introduction
Associate Professor, Dr. Luther is the Director of Construction Management and former consortium director of MABEL (the Mobile Architecture and Built Environment Laboratory at Deakin University, Geelong Australia. He is a registered architect in Michigan (U.S.A.) and Victoria (Australia). He lectures in the School of Architecture and Built Environment at Deakin University, in graduate and undergraduate courses on energy efficiency, lighting, acoustics and building services as well as a course in Sustainable Future concepts.
