Introduction
I have worked as a psychologist 17 years in the fields of rehabilitation, health psychology, school psychology, and psychology education. Currently I work as a doctoral researcher at the University of Eastern Finland. I started my doctoral studies of psychology in 2020. In my dissertation I explore sleep problems, work ability, and life satisfaction among Finnish middle-aged employees and newly retired employees. My frame of reference is salutogenic - what makes people to stay health?
