Introduction
I examine how organizations navigate sustainability transitions through systemic transformation. Integrating systems thinking with the theory of planned behavior, I investigate how organizations orchestrate change while managing stakeholder tensions and ecological imperatives. Through participatory systems mapping and behavioral analysis, I examine transformation at systems (feedback loops), scalar (cross-level processes), and micro (individual behavior) levels.
