Introduction
Maribel González Moraga works at the research laboratory 'Lengua, Educación y Cultura Sorda' (LECSOR) from the School of Psychology, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Maribel conducts research in the area of Deaf Education, Deaf Pedagogy, and Intercultural Education. Her current postdoctoral research project is focused on the role of Deaf Pedagogy in the generation of collaborative and intercultural practices in Deaf education.

Estudio de caso que apunta a describir el proceso de aprendizaje de conceptos psicológicos en Lengua de Señas Chilena, a través de la identificación de estrategias pedagógicas efectivas para este fin, así como describir las principales barreras y facilitadores de este proceso.
Desarrollar orientaciones para la generación de una política pública que favorezca la promoción, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación en salud mental de las personas sordas en Chile, considerando las características culturales y lingüísticas propias de su comunidad.
