Introduction
My research interests are on gender studies and affirmative action. I'll extend this research to other contexts dominated by men (e.g., politics and medicine) and women (e.g., nursing and teaching) in order to know how gender influence tokenism dynamics, that is, the consequences and reactions of women in "men’s Worlds" and of men in "women’s Worlds".
