She holds a PhD in Information Sciences from the University of Havana.She obtained a master's degree in Information Management and another in Information and Documentation at the Carlos III University. She has worked in the management of information specialized in vaccines and has performed analysis on the subject. Presently she is responsible for scientific information at Finlay Institute.
