Introduction
Maria Cristina Gaeta is a Researcher in Private Law at Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples (since 2022). She is scientific secretary of the Research Centre of European private Law (ReCEPL), member of the Academy of European Private Lawyers (Neapolitan Section) and member of the Integrated Laboratory of Innovative Technologies for Social Sciences “Scienza Nuova” (Living Lab Utopia).
