- Former Professor at the University of Naples Federico II – Italy. - Project Professor at the Center for the Promotion of Interdisciplinary Education and Research of Kyoto University, Japan (2016 and 2017). -Adjunct Professor at the American University of Rome (AUR). Extensive experience in teaching in Rural Sociology and Agricultural Economics. Research focus: agro-food systems, rural development, agro-biotechnology, local knowledge , food consumption, civic food networks and local food.
