Introduction
The research focuses on human experience as relational dynamic in primary process of communication. It explores cultural regulation as people deal with the temporal quality of life. Temporality points to emergent processes that entail uncertainty and ambiguity. The research method takes an ideographic and phenomenological perspective as I attempt to apprehend historical and subjective issues in their uniqueness and wholeness quality.
