Introduction
I am full professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon in Lisbon (Portugal). and I teach in work and organizational psychology. I am member of the CicPsi (Research centre in psychology of University of Lisbon) where I coordinate the group Adaptation in Context (Applied Psychology) and I have been participated in several research projects.My main research interests include subjects such employment relations, temporary workers, and stress & well-being at work.
