Introduction
I'm a professor focusing on mindfulness at work, DEI in higher education, cybersecurity, and the interplay between cyber psychology and mindlessness. I specialize in qualitative research and am writing two books: "Mindlessness: The Art of Living an Unconscious Life" and "Unseen Threads: Weaving Mindfulness into The Fabric of Inclusive Workplaces."
