quantifying concentration of Tuber melanosporum mycelium in soil with qPCR, we test the response to 14 treatments with several bacterial strains and active substances. Our main goal is to detect key bacterial species and substances that boost truffle mycelium growth in nursery and plantations and truffle fruitings in the orchards.
