Introduction
My research interest is understanding the ecological-epidemiological interactions in the human-animal interface so that the transmission cycles of endemic pathogens can occur in the Yucatan Peninsula. I apply the fundamentals of the One Health approach to understand the interaction between hosts, reservoirs, vectors, and the ecosystem's health.
