Introduction
At present, my research activities are mainly focused on synthetic single crystal diamond deposition and characterization. Such a material is then used to produce radiation therapy dosimeters and UV detectors. Our diamond based dosimeters are currently commercialized by PTW-Freiburg (microDiamond T60019). In addition, our diamond based UV detectors are currently commercialized by APE-Berlin for an application in femto-second laser technology.
