Introduction
Working with a range of collaborators and co-authors, my research is focused in three broad areas:
(1) equity in higher education;
(2) learning and teaching in higher education; and
(3) leadership, including women in leadership.
I am particularly interested in students from low socioeconomic status (LSES) backgrounds and bridging sociociocultural incongruity. I recently led to completion a study on costs and economies of scale in supporting students from LSES backgrounds.
