My work focuses on antimicrobial molecules, including antimicrobial peptides and their applications in human and animal health,. I still work in parallel on food safety, particularly on mycotoxins and their effects on human's health. In addition to my academic research activity, I also work as scientific expert and consultant for private pharmaceutical companies.
