Introduction
Marc Grau-Grau is an Assitant Professor of Social and Family Policies and a Coordinator of the Childcare and Family Policies Chair the at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. Marc was a Research Fellow at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School (2016-2021). He has a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh, and a Master in Political and Social Sciences from UPF. His research interests are work-family balance, gender equity and fatherhood involvement.
