Introduction
Hi there! I'm Mar, I was born and raised in Girona. I am a graduate in Food Innovation and Security with a master’s degree in Food Biotecnology. I’m a fourth-year PhD candidate in Food Technologies and Consumer Behaviour at IRTA (Monells, Girona). I am exploring different ways of communicating nutritional information on food labels. I am opened and motivated to continue with my research career and enrich my passion.
