Introduction
I am currently the director of the analysis and training optimization laboratory of the Sport Research Centre (Miguel Hernandez University of Elche). Now we have the following research topics: Sport performance focused on: HRV (training prescription guided), maturity in sport teams, tennis trainining and responses to new methodologies in strength training. Health focused on: physical activity with bariatric surgery patients, cardiac rehabilitation and elderly people and cognitive degeneration
