Introduction
My research focuses on the development of collective reparations within international human rights law, international criminal law, and transitional justice. In order to get a better understanding of collective reparations and its development in international law, I conduct a qualitative content analysis of the case law of the particular courts. The cases dealing with gross human rights violations are coded in MAXQDA2020, a software program that is developed for qualitative content analysis.
