Prof. Manoj Kumar Sinha holds M.Sc., Ph.D. (Zoology) , MLISc, Ph.D. (Library and Information Science, PGDHE and B.Ed. He has been working as Professor and Head of the Department , DLISc, Assam University, Silchar. He has been appointed as Head of the Department since November 19, 2009 and continue till date . Recently he has been appointed as the Dean of Swami Vivekananda School of Library Sciences , Assam University, Silchar since March 8, 2018. He has been serving in Library Profession since last 26 years. He been guiding PhD and M Phil Scholars.
