  • My work during this period focused on the urban and rural WSS and rural livelihood sectors and included strategising the role of public utilities/ agencies, local governments, and communities in sector reform initiatives, exploring spaces for service regulation and private sector participation in service delivery, program design and strategy development, development of sector, state, and program-level results frameworks, and strategic portfolio and program-level reviews.

At the institutional level, I led business development and internal administration efforts.
