Introduction
At TU Dresden, I have focused on AI in educational sciences, recognizing its significance in HE. In a research project, we developed and evaluated a Learning Analytics Dashboard for instructors and students and also involved a chatbot used in lectures. These experiences provided valuable insights into AI’s potential and challenges in education. My dissertation explores AI-based learning assistants in higher education, incorporating concepts of situated and personalized learning.
