Optical and electrical features of Cu2O solar cells from simple primitive bufferless AZO/Cu2O to complex single/double layer-antireflection coating (S/DLARC) on back-surface fluorine-doped tin oxide (BSF/FTO), were numerically studied. The simulated cells were optimized using a low-conduction band offset buffer, controlled-defect BSF, and antirefle...
Measurement of liquid level is an important process variable in the operation of many process industries such as water treatment plants. There are different types of level sensors to measure this parameter, categorized into ultrasonic, capacitive, optical, microwave, magnetostrictive, resistive chain, magnetoresistive, hydrostatic pressure, air bub...

Dear all
I have simulated a solar cell with azo/zno/cu2o structure by silvaco-atlas.The j-v characteristic is compatible with experimental data. But the problem is EQE or external quantum efficiency that is not compatible with experimental data.Does any body can help me about it?
I have designed a tandem cell with azo/zno/cu2o as a top cell and si-p/si-n as a bottom cell. Also I used vacuum as tunnel diode i.e my tandem cell structure is as follows:
azo/zno/cu2o/vacuum/si-p/si-n/aluminum Why the current in the bottom cell is much smaller than the top cell?
I designed a single cell but its efficiency is about 6 percent.
