Introduction
I have a Ph.D. degree in environmental management and my major is in the field of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management Systems.
I am currently a researcher at CENSE, Center for Environmental and Sustainability Reseach, Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering (DCEA), School of Science and Technology (FCT), Nova University Lisbon, Portugal, in the area of Sustainability Assessment and Management in Local Public Administration.
I have also experienced in teaching broad range of courses including environmental engineering, risk assessment and crisis management.
My current research interests lie at sustainability assessment in local public administrations, considering the intersection of Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of sustainability.
