Introduction
Mahmoud Zahedian Nezhad received a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration in 2015 from Hafez Institute of Higher Education and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management in 2020 from Tarbiat Modares University (Tehran, Iran). He is currently researching and doing projects in the fields of IT management and Digital Technologies. His research interests include Information Systems, IoT and IoT-based business models, Technology convergence, data science, data analytics, BI and BA.
