Project
The overall objective of this project is to build a further knowledge of the psychological aspects underlying the desired directions of societal development. In this project, we will try to capture individual perspectives on the subject and will deepen our understanding of the interplay between individual and cultural determinants of well-being. This will be achieved via three aims: mapping societal development with motivational concerns, uncovering the consequences of congruence in views about development and investigating the role of individual motivations in progressing societal development.
Project
Investigation of the mechanism linking the agent perspective with variables characteristic for the work environment (e.g., job insecurity)
Project
Investigation of the mechanism linking the agent and the recipient perspective with variables characteristic for the work environment.
